She received her undergraduate and medical degrees at the premier State University of the Philippines. She successfully completed her pediatric internship and residency at the Children\u2019s Hospital of Wisconsin. She presently holds a Diplomate at the American Board of Pediatrics and concurrently a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She has been rated as one of the country\u2019s top pediatricians by the National Consumers\u2019 Research. Dr. Beloy is currently a continuing medical education coordinator at the Inova Loudoun Hospital. She holds special interest in allergies, gastrointestinal ailments and travel medicine. She recertified with the Pediatric Board in 2010.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Beloy enjoys globetrotting. She finds travel addictive, educational, and enlightening. She also enjoys visual arts as she experiments through painting in watercolors.
