She finished her undergraduate education at Northwestern University in Evanston, IL, and attended medical school at University of South Florida in Tampa, FL. She is board certified by the American Academy of Pediatrics. She chose to practice primary care pediatrics because she enjoys preventative medicine. Her professional special interests include working with adolescents and treating asthmatic patients. Dr. Shah lives with her husband, three\u00a0girls and dog in Ashburn, VA.
